Saint Francis Xavier School: End-of-Year News

Summer 2026 CCS Newsletter

As the school year came to a close, St. Francis Xavier School was filled with joyful traditions, faith-filled celebrations, and meaningful learning experiences.

One highlight was the cherished Kindergarten May Crowning Mass and Mother’s Day Tea Party, where students honored Mary through Mass, songs, prayers, and special time with mothers and other important women in their lives.

Students across grade levels also participated in a variety of educational field trips that extended learning beyond the classroom through hands-on experiences at nature centers, museums, performances, and community sites.

Students in grades K–5 also enjoyed our annual Field Day, a favorite end-of-year tradition filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. From relay races and hurdle jumps to soccer, kickball, chalk art, and bounce house activities, students celebrated the close of another successful school year together. We are grateful to Mrs. Nielson and the many volunteers whose time and dedication helped make the day such a memorable experience.

We are proud of our 5th grade graduates, who have completed their elementary journey. We celebrate their growth and accomplishments and thank them for the joy they have brought to our school community.

The end of the school year left us deeply grateful for the many opportunities we have to foster faith, learning, curiosity, and community within our school family.
