Catholic Community Schools

Preschool (3-5 Years)

Award-winning preschools in the St. Cloud area

Our preschool program offers a variety of student experiences that foster curiosity, independence, early life skills, and development of the whole child with a healthy balance of social and emotional learning.

Aligned to the Minnesota Early Childhood indicators of progress, our curriculum cultivates kindergarten readiness skills through Math and Reading preparedness, technology integrated learning and ample room for exploration. Our programs in Spanish, music, physical education, along with our faith foundation and mission of service, help each child grow through to their early years.

  • A Safe and Nurturing Environment

Our lead teachers have degrees in early childhood and elementary education, along with extensive experience. All staff working with Preschool students are also CPR and First Aid trained.

  • Hands-On Learning Spaces

Our preschool classrooms create a welcoming environment for hands-on learning, featuring an open space for circle time and centers focused on sensory engagement, practical life skills, phonics, writing, and early math.

  • Flexible Attendance

Families can choose half or full-day preschool options, or a combination of both. Availability is limited as placements fill up quickly. Before and after school care is also available for all-day attendees.

  • "St Mary’s has been the perfect fit for our family. I feel SMHOC has prepared my children and given them the necessary tools to continue on their education journey to extend beyond elementary school. For that I am ever so grateful!"
