New Playground Completed!

SFX has a brand new playground! The school community, along with dedicated parent-led committees, donors and volunteers, came together to make this happen in time for the new school year. Great work everyone!

Special thanks goes out to Crossworks Foundation, who’s donation helped us purchase the new equipment, and the David Heim family for generously giving to cover installation costs. This project would not have been possible without the efforts of Becky Brovitch, who helped in leading the playground committee and is also a part of our Site Advisory Council.

It would be remiss to not give a shout out to the many parents and students that volunteered their time and showed up on a hot Sunday afternoon in August to spread 25 yards of heavy wood chips throughout the new playground area. The new playground will be a huge asset to our school and allow for many hours of enjoyment for our students.
