Students at All Saints Academy are seeking donations to support their participation in our upcoming Work-a-thon where they will perform community service such as raking leaves for elderly or physically impaired residents.

SMHOCS Harvest Celebration
On behalf of St. Mary Help of Christians School, we would like to invite you to join us for our annual fundraiser, Harvest Celebration!
Friday, October 11, 2024 from 6 PM - 10 PM at the St. Augusta Legion.
*This is a 21+ Event
The Harvest Celebration, organized by parent volunteers, is the school’s largest fundraiser. The funds raised at this event are a vital element of the school’s budget. Proceeds from this fundraiser will help with school operating expenses and supplies for educating our students.
This year's event will offer a chicken dinner, cash bar, live music from Cruise Control, a raffle, online auction, and games.
Dinner: Served buffet-style from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Live Music: Performed by Cruise Control from 7:00pm-9:00pm
Raffle: Drawing begins at 9:00pm
Online Auction: Closes at 10:00pm
Dinner Tickets:
Dinner includes: Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes & gravy, dressing, vegetable, dinner roll and a dessert
Dinner tickets can be purchased for $20 ahead of time or $25 at the door.
Tickets can be purchased before mass at St. Mary Help of Christians Church, from any student attending SMHOCS, via BidPal (http://bidpal.net/smhocharvest24) or feel free to contact one of the committee members at homeandschool@smhocs.org or 320-251-3937.
Raffle Tickets:
Raffle Tickets can be purchased for $10 each.
Tickets can be purchased before mass at St. Mary Help of Christians Church, from any student attending SMHOCS, or the night of the event. Not need present to win.
